Job summary

EVP Eyecare is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to design and coordinate ophthalmic trials, manage enrollment, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires collaboration with investigators, sponsors, and IRB teams to uphold protocol integrity and participant safety.

Ideal candidates have ophthalmic experience and at least two years of clinical research or related managerial/administrative experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ophthalmic experience preferred.
• Two years (minimum) of related clinical research/industry, managerial, and administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and organize the implementation of clinical research trials.
• Recruit participants following protocol guidelines.
• Coordinate enrollment with Investigators and sponsors.
• Maintain protocol training and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate between IRB, PI, and Sponsor to facilitate protocol implementation.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping per FDA regulations.
• Notify Investigators of participant study-related adverse events and safety issues.
• Educate staff and external partners on protocol requirements.
