Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient visits per study protocol and ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Performs ophthalmology tasks such as retina imaging, CDVA, IOP, and eye exams.
• Ensures informed consent is properly obtained and documented.
• Educates and guides participants through the study and visits; maintains patient experience.
• Monitors subject safety, reports adverse events, and escalates concerns.
• Completes source documentation and EDC data entry; resolves data queries.
