Job summary

EVP Eyecare in Wellington, Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Primary Coordinator to design and organize clinical research trials, recruit participants, and ensure protocol adherence across sites.

The role requires collaboration with investigators, IRB, and sponsor teams, strong organizational skills, and attention to regulatory requirements; Ophthalmic experience is preferred and two years in clinical research or related administrative work is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Ophthalmic experience and knowledge preferred.
• Minimum of two years' related clinical research/industry, managerial, and administrative experience.
• Combinations of related education and experience may be considered.
• Must be self-directed and able to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Design/organize the implementation of clinical trials as Primary Coordinator.
• Recruit participants per protocol and communicate enrollment updates.
• Maintain accurate trial records and data entry per sponsor timelines.
• Coordinate with Investigators, IRB, and Sponsor on protocol implementation.
• Ensure safety reporting of adverse events with transparency.
• Attend meetings and educate staff and partners on protocol requirements.
