• Trains clinical research staff on protocol requirements, proper source documentation, and case report form completion.
• Works with physicians on ethics regarding rights, safety, and well-being of trial subjects.
• Develops protocols to protect subjects’ confidentiality.
• Manages all trial materials.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor’s degree in nursing or life sciences.

2. 3+ years’ work experience for a pharmaceutical company or related field

3. Experience as an ophthalmic technician preferred but not required.
