Responsibilities

• Support optometrists and ophthalmologists during exams, procedures, and treatments.
• Transcribe medical information and enter data into EMR.
• Enter medications, lab orders, and refills per protocol for provider review.
• Keep patient areas clean, organized, and prepared for use.
• Assist patients with questions and forms to enhance their experience.
• Work closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure cohesive operations.
