Job summary

Eaton Fibrebond, part of Eaton Corporation, seeks an OPEX Manager for its North Little Rock facility. You will drive continuous improvement, implement ECIS, and lead the startup of a greenfield operation while partnering with leadership to achieve productivity and quality goals.

The role includes capital planning, cross-functional team leadership, and deploying Industry 4.0 technologies. Relocation assistance is available for US residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, CI or OPEX in manufacturing.
• 1+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for 18–24 months (to Minden, LA).
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT for this position.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's in business admin or engineering.
• PMI/PMP certification and Lean/Six Sigma credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive continual improvement via Eaton Business System at the new site.
• Lead greenfield project management, training, and hiring for a new team.
• Deploy ECIS through training, facilitation, and resources.
• Develop methods to reduce manufacturing variation and support new products.
• Lead Strategy Deployment and Annual Operating Plan development.
• Implement and report Balanced Scorecard metrics, focusing on OpEx.
• Coordinate Continuous Improvement Council with leadership.
• Manage capital budgeting and forecast expenditures with returns.
• Oversee manufacturing engineering and value stream mapping.
• Oversee facility projects and contract resource management.
• Drive Industry 4.0 tech like IoT, AI, automation for efficiency.
• Lead Operations Assessment process and close gaps.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
