Eaton is seeking a Plant Manager for its new Little Rock, AR manufacturing facility. You will lead the leadership team, drive strategic and operational initiatives, and manage plant P&L to meet growth and financial goals.

You will foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, apply Lean/Six Sigma to cost and process improvements, and partner with HR for talent development while ensuring safety and quality across the site.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of experience with progressive levels of accountability in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, OPEX or related support functions.
• 5+ years of manager of people experience.
• Willingness to travel 75% to Minden, LA for training during the first 18 months.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives including Plant P&L and growth strategy.
• Build and lead the leadership team for a greenfield facility.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve cost and quality.
• Establish KPIs, ensure safety culture, quality, and on-time delivery across the site.
• Collaborate with HR to drive talent management and development.
