Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an All Terrain Equipment Operator in Cleburne, TX, to support a utility-scale solar construction project. The role involves operating heavy equipment, moving solar materials, and aiding daily construction activities with a strong emphasis on safety and productivity.

Work is Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm, with Saturday as needed, and onsite in a fully onsite environment. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment on construction or solar projects.
• Ability to safely operate a 12K all-terrain forklift.
• Familiarity with skid steers, excavators, dozers, loaders, or similar equipment.

• Transport and stage solar panels, racking, and construction materials.
• Support site preparation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and earthwork activities.
• Assist with solar construction, including pile driving, racking, module installation support, and commissioning.
• Perform equipment inspections and follow all site safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

All Terrain Equipment Operator

Operator! You'll operate heavy equipment, move solar materials, and support

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cleburne, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
