Aerotek is hiring an All Terrain Equipment Operator in Cleburne, TX. The role focuses on operating heavy equipment on a solar construction site, moving materials, and supporting daily activities with safety as a priority.

The position is fully onsite, with a Monday–Friday schedule plus Saturdays as needed. Benefits include weekly pay and standard employer-provided medical and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Weekly Pay ($23-24/hr)

Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, Saturday as needed for right now

All Terrain Equipment Operator

Join a utility-scale solar construction project as an All Terrain Equipment Operator! You'll operate heavy equipment, move solar materials, and support daily construction activities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operate 12K forklifts, skid steers, lull lifts, and other heavy equipment.
• Transport and stage solar panels, racking, and construction materials.
• Support site preparation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and earthwork activities.
• Assist with solar construction, including pile driving, racking, module installation support, and commissioning.
• Perform equipment inspections and follow all site safety procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment on construction or solar projects.
• Ability to safely operate a 12K all-terrain forklift.
• Familiarity with skid steers, excavators, dozers, loaders, or similar equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on uneven terrains

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cleburne, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
