Job summary

Premier Building Systems in Puyallup, WA is seeking a full-time production worker to operate equipment, assemble products, and help maintain quality and safety in the manufacturing area.

You will follow established procedures, meet production quotas, participate in training and continuous improvement programs, and uphold PPE policies. This position requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds in a dynamic factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment according to established procedures.
• Assemble and prepare products for shipment.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.
• Meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Manufacturing and production facility environment.
• Exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and other industrial conditions.
• Required use of PPE as designated by company policies.
