Job summary

Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. in Puerto Rico is seeking a dedicated production worker to perform manual labor and support manufacturing operations.

You will follow work assignments from the Plant Manager, Supervisor, or team lead, use basic hand tools, assist with production activities and material movement, and help ensure quality and safety in the workplace. The ideal candidate shows strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.

Job description

• Perform manual labor and production-related tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Follow work assignments and instructions provided by the Plant Manager, Supervisor, or designated team lead.
• Learn and safely use basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Assist skilled employees with production activities and material movement.
• Perform specialized tasks and duties that may require on-the-job training.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure products meet established quality standards.
• Inspect work for accuracy and report quality concerns to management.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and practice safe work habits at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to support production goals.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving production issues as they arise.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
