Workwear Outfitters in Nashville, TN is hiring a Special Sew Operator to measure, mark, and sew garments to exact specifications. You will check logo placements and options, maintain a clean, safe work area, and support efficient production.

Shift is 1st: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime including Saturdays. Ideal candidates will have sewing experience or a strong attention to detail, be able to read option codes on worksheets, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• SEWING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
• Must observe the attendance policy.
• Good attention to detail.
• Write, read, and speak English.
• Must be able to read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets.
• Able to sit for 8 hours and work OT when necessary.
• Able to work as part of a team and possess good communication skills.
• Basic math skills will be used for measuring and marking garments.

What You Will Do as a Special Sew Operator:

• Measure, mark, and sew garments according to specifications.
• Check logo placements, striping, pockets, and any other additional options on garments.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is worth sharing with visitors.
• HOURS: 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required.
