Job summary

Workwear Outfitters in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a Special Sew Operator to assist the Supervisor, maintain workflow, and uphold quality standards on the production line.

The role requires sewing experience, teamwork, good attendance, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 2:30 PM–11:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday with possible overtime and Saturdays.

What You Will Do as a Special Sew Operator:

Assist the Supervisor in the daily activities. Keep workflow and processes in the department. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Maintain a high standard of quality for our customers.

HOURS:

2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required.

Skills for Success:

Sewing experience required. Good communication and people skills. Must be able to work as a team and be quality-minded. Knowledge of AS/400, MOJO, email, and Microsoft Excel is preferred. Associate must have a good attendance record. Associate must be able to multitask. Work overtime when needed. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time.
