Workwear Outfitters in Nashville, TN is seeking a Special Sew Operator to join our production team. You will measure, mark, and sew garments to exact specifications, inspect logo placements, and ensure quality while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires basic math, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read option codes. Shift is 1st: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with potential overtime and occasional Saturday work.

Qualificações

• Sewing experience preferred.
• Must observe the attendance policy.

• Write, read, and speak English.
• Must read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets.
• Able to sit for 8 hours and work OT when necessary.
• Able to work as part of a team and have good communication skills.
• Basic math skills used for measuring and marking garments.

What You Will Do as a Special Sew Operator:

• Measure, mark, and sew garments according to specifications.
• Check logo placements, striping, pockets, and any other additional options on garments.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is worth sharing with visitors.
• HOURS: 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required.
