Job summary

Jobtailor in Ohio is seeking a manufacturing operator to support daily production by preparing machines, calibrating settings, and monitoring processes. You will ensure accuracy by following work orders, inspecting outputs, and taking corrective actions when deviations occur.

The role requires reading blueprints, operating medium-complex machinery, and maintaining safety standards, PPE discipline, and clear English communication. Prior machine experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English.
• Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Minimum of one year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints.
