Job summary

Jobtailor in Wooster, OH is seeking a Machine Operator to support our production line. You will prepare machines, set tooling and parameters, and monitor processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will inspect parts, identify defects, and collaborate with maintenance to prevent downtime, while adhering to safety rules and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Experience operating medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English.
• Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience of operating machines in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Experience working with power tools (preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints (preferred).
