Job summary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reading, understanding, and following assembly processes.
• Assisting in the setup of test equipment, leak tester and/or tensile tester, leak testing cuffs, and running other tests as required.
• Performing routine assembly operations, including soldering, using RTV silicone, epoxies, folding, labeling, and boxing product.
• Using measurement equipment or learning to do so.
• Keeping records, demonstrating basic problem‑solving skills, and training while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Lifting 40 lbs with proper lifting techniques.
• Working in various positions—standing, sitting, and on repetitive jobs.
• Consistently meeting all productivity and quality requirements.
• Being self‑motivated with little supervision.
• Using good judgment, handling multiple tasks, and prioritizing accordingly.

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of successful experience in assembly or a related functional area.
• Good mechanical dexterity, eyesight, reading, writing, and basic math skills, with a high degree of accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• The ability to adapt to a changing work environment, including increased automation and rotation among workstations.
• Strong teamwork skills and active participation in problem‑solving activities.
• Possibility of overtime work as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Natural or corrected near‑distance visual acuity of 20/25 and the ability to differentiate colors.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work in various positions: standing, sitting, and on repetitive jobs/assemblies.

Compensation

Pay rate: $21.00 an hour.
