Job summary

Baxter is seeking an Order Packer Shipper II in Skaneateles Falls, NY. In this role, you will operate under the supervision of managers, responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, and organizing products in the warehouse. You will also package and ship orders, inspect products for defects, and uphold safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma, with warehouse experience preferred, and the ability to work overtime. Baxter offers a competitive pay rate of $21.00 an hour along with a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Be Doing:

• In the Warehouse, you will operate under the supervision of a manager or group leader.

• Primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, taking inventory, keeping records and organizing for the shipping of products stored in warehouse.

• Employees are responsible for kitting finished goods, processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately.

• Responsible for inspecting products for defects, damages, and organizing and maintaining inventory.

• Employees should abide by all safety rules, provide ideas on improvement opportunities and work to keep the warehouse clean and organized.

What You'll Bring:

• A High School degree or equivalent is required.

• Warehouse experience is preferred.

• Able and willing to work overtime on short notice, demonstrates good judgment, and can balance multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

• Desired: Power Industrial Vehicle experience.

• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Working hours: Monday through Friday 2:45pm to 11pm

• Be able to lift up to 40lbs.

• Work in various positions such as standing or sitting and working in repetitive jobs/assemblies.
