  • Communicate issues and solutions to team members per procedures.
  • Document and chart production data to aid problem identification and scheduling.
  • Assist teammates to ensure quality output and smooth workflow.
  • Troubleshoot problems when necessary.
  • Train and assist other operators as required.
  • Evaluate defective material and tooling and identify potential stoppages.
  • Maintain clean, safe work area and equipment per safety regulations.

In this role, you will work on the assembly line as part of a collaborative team, contributing to the efficient and accurate production of hospital beds and stretchers. You will be responsible for following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure each product is assembled correctly, safely, and to quality standards. By maintaining attention to detail and working closely with your team, to help support smooth operations and high‑quality output.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assemble various parts and components in prescribed sequence and location.
  • Visually check and inspect work to ensure proper quality.
  • Perform all adjustments, rework and repairs as necessary.
  • Test for quality as required
  • Responsible for both quality and quantity of work: Participate in team activities and problem solving sessions as required.
  • Communicate problems and/or solutions to appropriate team member. Must follow processes and procedures as written.
  • As needed, document and/or chart production data to aid in problem identification, quality feedback and production scheduling.
  • Assist other team members duties to ensure quality product and smooth flow.
  • Troubleshoot problems when necessary.
  • Train, instruct and assist other operators in their duties as required.
  • Evaluate defective material and tooling, faulty operations, questionable conditions and potential work stoppages.
  • Ensure that work area and equipment are maintained in a clean, orderly and safe condition. Follow prescribed safety regulations.

The pay rate is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
