Job summary

Biscuits Leclerc Ltd is seeking a second shift Production Operator to maintain smooth operation of packaging lines in a cracker plant. You will contribute to product quality, safety and efficiency while supporting continuous improvements.

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, the role requires hands-on problem solving, teamwork and the ability to adapt quickly to line changes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks.
• Comfort with computerized touchscreen technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of your work environment. This is a second shift position in Cracker Packaging.

Responsibilities

You contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions:

• Apply and promote safety standards
• Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers
• Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments
• Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes

Requirements
