You will work with operations, maintenance, sanitation, and quality teams to implement practical solutions and drive improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of your work environment. This is an evening Capper Operator position.

Responsibilities

You contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions:

• Apply and promote safety standards
• Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers
• Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments
• Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes

Requirements
