Job summary

Leclerc Foods is seeking a second-shift production operator for Cracker Packaging. Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll help ensure smooth operation of packaging lines, maintain product quality, and support safety and continuous improvement.

You’ll apply safety standards, perform adjustments during changeovers, run quality tests, and collaborate with operations, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage priorities and multitask effectively.
• Comfort with computerized technologies (touchscreens).
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of your work environment. This is a second shift position in Cracker Packaging.
