Leclerc is a family-operated bake and snack producer located in Pennsylvania. This second-shift position focuses on ensuring smooth operation of production equipment and maintaining product quality in the cracker packaging line.

You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across teams. Ideal candidates will support changeovers, perform quality tests, and collaborate with operations, mechanics, sanitation, and quality groups.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you'll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You'll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of your work environment. This is a second shift position in Cracker Packaging.

Responsibilities

You contribute to achieving the company's objectives through the following actions:
