Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery-Production - 1st Shift to join our production team. You will operate and monitor bakery production equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes maintaining food safety standards, following schedules, and contributing to overall production goals while supporting cross-functional teams in a growing bakery network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of production equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and product-related issues.
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Good communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and function effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust bakery production equipment to ensure product quality and specification compliance.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain equipment settings and replenish production supplies as needed.
• Complete required production documentation and operational reports accurately.
• Ensure work areas, equipment, and machinery remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support food safety, quality, GMP, hygiene, and production requirements by identifying and communicating concerns promptly.
• Follow production schedules, recipes, and operating procedures to achieve production objectives.

About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery-Production - 1st Shiftto join our bakery team. As an Operator 2, Bakery-Production - 1st Shift, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting production equipment to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to established quality specifications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining food safety standards, supporting production goals, and ensuring consistent product quality.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 5:45am-2:15pm
• Weekends: As Required by the business

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate and adjust bakery production equipment to ensure product quality and specification compliance.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
