BECO Holding Company in Birmingham, AL is seeking Alarm Operators for 12-hour shifts, day or night, to monitor emergency alarm signals and coordinate rapid response with Police, Fire, and EMS. This is a mission-critical, in-person role with a starting wage of $15.00/hour plus benefits.

You’ll stay calm under pressure, follow procedures, and communicate clearly with customers during urgent situations. The position includes nights, weekends, and holidays on a shared rotation.

Formación

• 18+ with High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid ID (driver's license or state ID).
• Ability to pass a background check (licensing requirement).
• Basic computer and typing skills.
