Job summary

BakeMark is seeking a Warehouse & Transportation Supervisor to oversee operations in Georgia. You will direct warehouse and transport activities, optimize use of equipment and staff, and ensure safety compliance across the distribution network.

Responsibilities include budget reviews, staff allocation, inventory control, and addressing customer or shipper issues to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to review budgets and allocate staff accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Directs all warehouse and transportation operations, interacting with staff.
• Reviews results versus budget and takes corrective actions with GM.
• Allocates associates for warehouse and distribution; prioritizes projects.
• Monitors inventory and enforces BakeMark best practices.
• Ensures safety and maintains equipment; manages repairs and bids.
