Responsibilities

• Support UAT strategy development and governance for Service Operations.

• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements for developers.
• Provide testing support for QA and UAT phases across projects.
• Engage with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance relevant to credit union operations.
