Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an ACH Business Operations Analyst to monitor ACH production activity, ensure compliance with processing rules, and resolve exceptions. The role backs up the ACH desk, handles research and customer assistance when capacity is limited.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving and learning agility, and develops expertise in ACH operations. Start times range from 3:00pm - 5:00pm MST or CST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of related experience.
• 5+ Years of related experience within ACH.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing transaction data, investigating discrepancies, and supporting high-value client activity.
• Managing multiple operational tasks with accurate documentation and timely processing.
• Participates in modification of existing applications or development of new applications.
• Acts as liaison between management, staff and information systems to define standards.
• Ensures all documentation and requests comply with policies and procedures.
• Produces reports and maintains systems to monitor projects and data.
