U.S. Bank is seeking an ACH Business Operations Analyst to monitor file activity, ensure compliance with ACH rules, and resolve exceptions. This role backs the ACH desk and helps with research and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in operations, demonstrates problem-solving, and develops expertise in ACH processes. Start times range from 3:00pm to 5:00pm MST or CST; location is hybrid with on-site days as needed at U.S. Bank facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of ACH policies and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with project management and testing methodologies.
• Ability to analyze business needs and manage test schedules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction data and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal partners and support high-value client activity.
• Manage multiple tasks and ensure timely processing of ACH items.
• Develop test plans and modify applications as needed.
• Define standards and communicate policies and reporting.
