Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an ACH Business Operations Analyst to monitor file activity, ensure compliance with ACH rules, and resolve exceptions. This role supports ACH production operations and acts as a backup to the ACH desk team, handling research, troubleshooting, and customer support when capacity is limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for ACH.
• Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders.
• Strong understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures.
• Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction data and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal partners and support high-value client activity through direct outreach and issue resolution.
• Modify existing applications or develop new applications; define standards of operational policy, plans, customer service or financial/performance reporting.
