Reporting to the US Managing Director, you will own the end-to-end P&L for two Columbus fulfillment centers, raise standards, build leadership capability, and design the systems and culture needed for rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• Led a complex fulfilment, logistics or warehouse operation
• Experience in high-volume fulfillment and logistics
• Ability to scale teams, capacity, systems or automation

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across two Columbus fulfillment centers and own the operational P&L
• Build standards, systems and leadership capability to support fast national growth
• Move confidently between the warehouse floor and the strategic plan, improving today’s execution
• Raise standards, strengthen leaders and embed continuous improvement to deliver growth
• Ensure fast, accurate, reliable service for clients as the business scales
