Job summary

Supply Technologies, a subsidiary of ParkOhio, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead end-to-end fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise picking, packing, shipping, and inventory controls to ensure accurate, efficient order processing and compliance with safety standards.

You will mentor the team, coordinate with inventory control, procurement, and customer service to resolve discrepancies and meet delivery commitments while tracking KPIs like accuracy and on-time

Qualifications

• Ability to operate powered equipment with certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and stand for long durations.
• Work safely in a distribution environment and follow safety protocols.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with warehouse systems.
• Prior warehouse experience and leadership background.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fulfillment activities in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality control and timely processing.
• Monitor KPIs like order accuracy, speed, and on-time shipping.
• Coach and develop team members, support cycle counts and inventory records.
