Job summary

Cart.com is seeking a Senior Site Director of Operations in Groveport, OH to lead end-to-end fulfillment center operations. You will drive strategic plans, scale operations, and champion Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in fulfillment operations leadership
• 3+ years 3PL experience
• Budget ownership up to $30-$75M in revenue scope
• Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
• Expert in WMS and logistics technologies
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end fulfillment center operations (receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping)
• Develop strategic plans to scale operations and boost efficiency
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and costs
• Collaborate with IT, HR and finance to align goals
• Mentor a team of operations leaders and drive accountability
• Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation during peak periods
• Monitor KPIs like productivity, accuracy and on‑time delivery
• Ensure safety/compliance and a secure workplace
• Oversee adoption of advanced tech and automation
• Manage budgets and financial planning for centers
