Job summary

Nuveen is seeking an experienced investment operations professional for the Lead Analyst, Operations Associate role within Global Investment Operations, reporting to the Vice President of Investment Operations. The incumbent will support strategic initiatives, participate in automation projects, and contribute to scalable solutions across equities, fixed income, FX, and OTC derivatives.

Qualifications

3+ years in asset management operations.
2+ years supporting FX/OTC derivatives.
Experience with enterprise transformational projects.
Experience with testing and QA processes.
Knowledge of automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

Support senior team on projects focusing on business analysis, testing, and implementation.
Gather requirements, develop test cases, and perform UAT.
Assist with automation and AI-enabled workflow initiatives.
Identify operational risks and contribute to SOPs.
Triages and documents production issues; escalate as needed.
Assist due diligence for new markets/instruments; coordinate testing.
