Qualifications

• 3+ years in asset management/investment operations.
• 2+ years supporting FX/OTC derivatives.
• Experience with enterprise transformation projects including testing.
• Ability to manage multiple project workstreams and testing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team on a portfolio of strategic initiatives with emphasis on business analysis, testing, and implementation.
• Gather requirements with Trading, Technology and Operations; develop test cases and conduct UAT.
• Assist in automation and AI-enabled workflow initiatives and validate data during testing.
• Contribute to risk management by identifying operational risks in testing and implementation.
• Identify efficiency opportunities within Core Public Operations and present recommendations to leadership.
• Serve as a knowledge resource on equities, fixed income, FX and derivatives operations.
• Triaging operational issues and production support escalations with escalation as needed.
• Support design, testing and implementation of scalable operational capabilities.
• Assist with due diligence for new markets and investment instruments.
