Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead onboarding for new hires across all shifts and temperature zones. You will train transfers and retrain associates to meet performance standards while aligning employees with KeHE culture.

This role requires a safety-minded leader who can influence outcomes, collaborate with zone supervisors, and provide training progress updates. Occasional travel to other DCs may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Complete KeHE Train the Trainer courses and ongoing training.
• Some computer experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and work in multiple temperature zones.
• May require travel to other DC’s.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Train all new hires within operations including all shifts and all temperature zones.
• Train transfers and retrain associates not meeting standards.
• Act as an extension of the management team to align new employees with KeHE culture.
• Lead safety initiatives and foster a safe work environment.
• Provide input for 30/60/90 day reviews and cross-train across zones.
• Communicate progress, risk or concerns to zone supervisor(s).
• Assist warehouse operations with other responsibilities when not training.
