Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Training Lead for our operations in California. The role centers on training new hires across all shifts and temperature zones, including transfers and retraining associates who do not meet standards.

This position operates as an extension of management and emphasizes a safety-forward culture, zone collaboration, and alignment with KeHE values. Flexibility and travel to other DCs may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Complete KeHE Train the Trainer courses and ongoing training.
• Some computer experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and work in multiple temperature zones.
• May require travel to other DC’s.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Train all new hires across shifts and temperature zones.
• Train transfers and retrain associates not meeting standards.
• Operate as an extension of management to align new employees with KeHE culture.
• Lead with safety knowledge and warehouse acumen to influence outcomes.
• Collaborate with zone supervisors and operations to support training.
