KeHE Distributors is seeking a Training Lead in Romeoville, IL to coordinate onboarding for all operations shifts and temperature zones. You will train new hires and transfers, and work with zone supervisors to ensure alignment with KeHE culture.
Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, maintaining training progress, and completing SOP checklists to drive performance milestones across the warehouse operations team.

This person is responsible to train all new hires within operations including all shifts and all temperature zones. Will also be responsible to train transfers and retrain associates not meeting their standards. Will operate as an extension of our management team and their core focus is to ensure new associates successfully meet the progressive performance schedule while aligning new employees with our KeHE culture.
This role requires a leader with safety know-how, warehouse acumen, and the ability to positively influence outcomes that drive results within the assigned department. He or she will work closely with the zone supervisor(s) and the operations team and provide support related to employee training
