Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Training Lead in Romeoville, IL to coordinate onboarding for all operations shifts and temperature zones. You will train new hires and transfers, and work with zone supervisors to ensure alignment with KeHE culture.

Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, maintaining training progress, and completing SOP checklists to drive performance milestones across the warehouse operations team.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Complete KeHE Train the Trainer courses and ongoing training.
• Some computer experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and work in multiple temperature zones.
• May require travel to other DCs.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Train all new hires within operations including all shifts and temperature zones.
• Train transfers and retrain associates to meet standards.
• Operate as an extension of management and align new employees with KeHE culture.
• Lead safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety.
• Maintain and monitor training progress and complete related documents.
• Provide input to 30/60/90 day reviews and cross-train in other areas.
