Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to develop and deliver programs that improve operational efficiency and core work behaviors. You will work with site leaders to implement on-site training and monitor progress across operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of training experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Evening, weekend flexibility, and travel to multiple locations are expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs focused on operational efficiency and core work behaviors.
• Collaborate with site leaders to identify training needs and implement on-site sessions.
• Monitor completion of training modules using tracking systems and ensure alignment with SOPs.
• Provide updates on content and materials post-program to support continuous learning.
• Support across multiple operational areas and ensure resources are available for training.
