Job summary

Intellectt Inc. in Milpitas, CA seeks a Training Specialist to deliver new hire training and ongoing programs for manufacturing teams. You will evaluate training effectiveness, maintain compliant records, and partner with management liaisons to update curricula.

You will conduct classroom and on-the-job training for operators and technicians, ensure certification timely, manage training packages, and track licenses and renewals, supporting safety and quality processes across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of training experience.
• Public speaking experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers new hire training and other training programs to assigned client groups.
• Evaluates training to ensure effectiveness and that associates have the necessary skills to perform job duties.
• Maintains business relationships with management liaisons to ensure feedback on process and training results is incorporated into the ongoing curriculum.
• Conducts classroom and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for operators and technicians when the need arises.
• Ensures all operators are trained and certified based on process requirements in a timely manner.
• Monitors and follows up on certification and re-certification activities.
• Maintains records of mandatory training and up-to-date training files on safety-sensitive personnel.
• Checks training files for up-to-date medical requirements and advises employees as needed for training purposes.

• Checks training files for up-to-date medical requirements and advises employees as needed for training purposes.
