Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing/distillation.
• Prefer 2+ years of training/mentoring experience.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with proven time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials for new hire production employees.
• Facilitate new hire training in production and laboratory areas.
• Promote a positive safety culture and adhere to safety policies.
