Job summary

Union-Agener in Augusta, GA seeks a Manufacturing Training Coordinator to lead the design, standardization, and execution of site training programs, driving CI and quality across the facility. This role reports to the API/Drug Product Manager and mentors SME Trainers.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in regulated manufacturing, strong technical writing skills, and experience with SAP and quality systems. On-site role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering, Technical Science, or related discipline (or equivalent relavent experience).
• Minimum of 3–5 years in chemical, pharmaceutical, or regulated process manufacturing.
• Proven track record in developing, delivering, and evaluating workforce training programs.
• Proficiency in manufacturing processes and equipment; SME guidance and technical mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and distribute SOPs, SWIs, and training modules to manufacturing personnel.
• Onboard new operations personnel; conduct needs assessments and competency validations.
• Maintain effective communication with Operations/Manufacturing managers and shift leaders.
• Participate in area team meetings and project teams; develop qualification plans.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs to empower Supervisors and SMEs.
• Identify performance gaps via training data; drive CI initiatives.
• Develop and implement quality control measures and standardized work routines.
• Champion CI initiatives and site-wide process improvements.
• Support Operations Managers in planning and coordinating plant-wide activities.
