Job summary

Italmatch Chemicals in Georgia is seeking a Production Operator to safely run and maintain equipment for water-soluble lubricants and related products. You'll document QC steps, manage batch records, and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards, on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in manufacturing, familiarity with SAP, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing plant; chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and overtime.
• Strong attention to detail and safety orientation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on production equipment per SOPs.
• Load and package chemicals with correct labeling.
• Operate forklifts and tractors to move materials and perform inspections.
• Monitor critical process data and record it in the system and on SOP forms.
• Identify and report faulty operations and safety concerns.
