Job summary

Union Agener, Inc. in Augusta, GA, is seeking a Manufacturing Training Coordinator to lead site training programs, ensure safety, and maintain regulatory compliance within a regulated chemical and pharmaceutical environment.

You will design, standardize, and execute training materials, onboard new operations personnel, develop qualification plans, and drive continuous improvement projects with area SMEs and production leaders to sustain capable, compliant operations.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or regulated process manufacturing.
Proven track record in developing, delivering, and evaluating workforce training programs.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and distribute SOPs, SWIs, and training modules for manufacturing staff.
Onboard new personnel, assess needs via SME input, and perform competency validations.
Maintain effective communication with operations managers and shift leaders.
Develop qualification plans and facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs.
Identify performance gaps and support CI initiatives and process improvements.
Provide technical writing support for deviation investigations and CAPA.
