DRT - Les Dérivés Résiniques et Terpéniques is seeking an Operations Coordinator at their Rincon, Georgia facility. Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in chemical manufacturing/distillation.
• Prefer 2+ years of training/mentoring experience.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials for new hires.
• Assist with operator qualification through training and coaching.
• Develop and maintain safety procedures for production equipment.
• Provide relief coverage for operator PTO and shift openings.
