Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in electronics manufacturing or similar field.
• Advanced knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and IPC standards.
• Proficient in soldering, rework and repair of SMT and through-hole components.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with training aptitude.
• Experience using LMS and conducting training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize on-the-job and classroom technician training programs.
• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training plans.
• Ensure training completion for new hires, transfers, and current staff.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to optimize training content.
• Schedule sessions and monitor training effectiveness; adjust plans as needed.
• Certify associates upon successful training and track qualifications.
