Goodwill Manasota is seeking a Manager in Training (FT) for the South Locations (Bradenton, FL). You will lead store operations, hire/train staff, and drive customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Associate's Degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure open and honest communication among team members to maintain safety.
• Support a drug-free workplace and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure world-class customer service across all store operations.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate team members and leaders.
• Develop and supervise Assistant Team Leaders and Key Holders for future advancement.
• Operate the store within budgeted expense to revenue ratios and donor value.
• Maintain proper handling of donations and store inventory.
