Job summary

FedEx Corporation is seeking a training professional to implement and administer training activities at a FedEx station or hub in support of the company’s overall training strategy. You will serve as an ongoing educational resource to ensure facility employees receive the training needed to perform their jobs effectively.

The role requires at least 1 year of instructor-led training experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong knowledge of field operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience in instructor-led training, field operations or related area.
• Knowledge of field operations and training principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication; presentation skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage the training curriculum for all employees in the facility.
• Prepare and execute Package Handler training events with established materials.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and feedback to employees; guide managers on training methods.
• Lead weekly Package Handler retention team meetings.
• Coordinate with Senior Manager, District Staff, and FedEx University to identify training gaps.
• Respond promptly to training requests and inquiries.
• May conduct Package Handler orientation sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
