Qualifications

• Experience with training coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee floating and admin teams’ daily operations and manage their schedules.
• Ensure and track training classes and courses.
• Prepare reports for quarterly financial reviews.
• Provide monthly updates to vice presidents.
• Ensure AR reports are completed by the 15th of each month.
• Host quarterly team events and communicate outcomes.
